XRF Scientific Americas is a Montreal-based company headquartered in Australia. Our main product line is designed for mineral analysis. Cement and aluminum plants, as well as soil testing laboratories are among our main customers. We import the majority of our products which are then sold on the American continent.
We are looking for someone who can provide our valued customers with an excellent customer service experience and office administration support.
Responsibilities:
· Complete the pricing quotations coming from the website, emails or by phone
· Answer incoming phone calls/emails for inquiries, follow-ups, etc.
· Verify and process all purchase orders before sending to purchasing.
· Keep up to date all order scheduling.
· Filing and departmental assistance tasks.
· Prepare shipping paperwork, send shipping requests, and provide shipping details to customers.
· Process credit references.
· Send invoices to customers once orders are shipped, follow up monthly with receivables.
· Process account payables and bank deposits.
· May be required to attend trade shows.
Job requirements:
· 1 - 2 years of similar work experience, experience in industry related field an asset
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
· Ability to contribute to a team while also working independently
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
· Fast learner and detail-oriented
· Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through
· Proactive and efficient with time management
· French, English and Spanish is required
· College or equivalent education
